What are the differences between the “Basic” plan and the “Pro” plan?
The “Basic” plan is free and offers limited features, while the paid “Pro” plan provides access to advanced functionalities and additional resources. Specifically, as you can see from the graphic above, the “Basic” plan allows you to add and sell 3 artworks in our Shop. However, you will not be able to make the artworks available for rental. Additionally, you will be informed about all exhibition opportunities at art shows or fairs, but you will not be able to proceed with the application to participate.
What are the benefits of the “Pro” plan?
The “Pro” plan allows you to sell an unlimited number of artworks and make them available for rental. Discover all the advantages of our selling and rental service and start earning with your art right away. The “Pro” plan also gives you the opportunity to reserve your spot in the exhibitions and art fairs that Moho Gallery organizes each year.
How do I switch from the “Basic” plan to the “Pro” plan?
You can easily switch from the “Basic” plan to the “Pro” plan at any time through the “Upgrade your profile” link on your personal account menu. You can choose to subscribe to the “Pro” plan on a monthly basis or for a full year.
Can I cancel my “Pro” membership at any time?
Yes, you have the ability to cancel your “Pro” membership whenever you prefer. If you cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, it will be automatically deleted upon expiration. You can also immediately delete your subscription from your “Dashboard.” In this case, you will lose the benefits of the “Pro” plan that have already been paid for.
What happens to the artworks already uploaded if I cancel or allow my “Pro” plan to expire?
If you do not renew your “Pro” plan in time, or if you delete your plan before its expiration, all uploaded artworks will be hidden from our Shop and your “My Artist Page.” You will no longer be able to see or modify them. As soon as your “Pro” plan is renewed, the uploaded artworks will be available again in our Shop and on your artist page.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time, whether you have a “Basic” plan or a “Pro” plan. Go to the “Edit your profile” page, and you will find the link to request account deletion. Deletion will occur within 24/48 hours of receiving the request.
How can I remember to renew my “Pro” plan before it expires?
During the first payment of the plan, you will be asked to agree to the automatic renewal of your account using the same payment method. Additionally, we will send you a reminder email a few days before the expiration.
What payment method is accepted for the “Pro” plan?
Payment can be made with credit or debit cards.
What happens if I don’t renew my “Pro” subscription?
If you do not renew your “Pro” subscription, your account will automatically revert to the “Basic” plan, and you will lose access to the “Pro” features. The uploaded artworks will no longer be available (except for the first 3, included in the “Basic” plan). As soon as the “Pro” plan is renewed, all your artworks will become available again.
Are there limits to the number of artworks I can upload with the “Basic” plan?
Yes, the “Basic” plan has a limit of 3 artworks that you can upload, while the “Pro” plan allows you to upload an unlimited number of artworks.
