Marisol Garcia/Soli Grace is an artist born in Caceres, Spain and presently based in the Greater Madrid/Segovia area, Spain.
Drawn to painting, sculpture and architecture since her teens and a Jewelry designer by trade, Soli attended oil painting
classes in Madrid and New York at The Woodstock School of Art as well as a workshop at Parsons School of Design.
Painting for me is a way to address the way that I view and sense the world around me, and most importantly an exploration and escape into an inner universe that questions what “reality” is.
The interplay of color, layering transparencies and superposition of elements as a metaphor for life’s constant movement and experiences have recently emerged as the focus of my abstract work.
I will gladly consider commissioned work.
